Compensation for a dependable, trustworthy, hardworking employee will be:

·        $12-14 per hour plus tips.

·        Quality experience in working both rental and facilitating float trips on the Rio Grande

Responsibilities Include:

·        Provide excellent customer service to groups in a fast-paced environment, including learning safety protocols and shuttle talks for the trips.

·        Assist guests/guides with getting on and off of the water.

·        Safely drive a 15-passenger van with an attached trailer for up to 6 hours a day.

·        Properly load and unload equipment on/off the trailer

·        Vehicle upkeep: cleaning, checking gas and fluids, and regularly inspecting for any operating problems to report to the Manager

·        Facilities Maintenance

Qualifications:

·        21 years of age

·        Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work

·        Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds repeatedly

·        Excellent at communication and time management
